Barktoberfest | October 24, 2015

The 13th Annual Barktoberfest Dog Walk & Festival, family-friendly event, will be held Saturday, October 24 at Old Settlers Park, Lakeview Pavilion, Round Rock, Texas. The dog walk will start the day off. On-site registration for the walk begins at 9:30 AM and the dog walk begins at 10:00 AM. Free event t-shirts will be given to walkers donating or raising $30 or more in pledges. Walker goody bags are available for the first 50 registrants.

Valuable prizes are available for the top two fundraisers in the pledge dog walk and winners in the canine costume contest.

Festivities and entertainment will start at 10:00 AM and will include a canine costume contest at noon, a kids’ fun zone area, vendor booths, demonstrations, food, and a free pet microchip clinic. Lakeline Animal Care, a Silver Sponsor, will be on-site to provide complimentary canine weight checks and body composition assessments.

Admission to the festival is free to the dog walk registrants and all children; a $5 admission donation is suggested for adults. It’s a great time for dogs and humans of all ages!
