Greenhouse Craft Food is hosting another epic multi-course beer pairing dinner prepared by chefs Rob Snow and Todd Engel at Greenhouse Craft Food on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. This dinner will be inspired and paired with beers from Austin Beerworks and will feature an expertly crafted and curated menu to highlight the Austin brewery’s best brews.
The just-revealed menu is as follows:
Course One: Pearl-Snap German-Style Pils paired with Chef’s Assorted Appetizers
Course Two: Heisenberg Kristallweizen paired with Flatbread Pizza | grilled shrimp, chimichurri, Texas goat cheese, arugula salad
Course Three: Flavor Country Pale Ale paired with Wild Boar Gyro | petite pita, chile marinated feta and tomatoes, pickled red onion, green tomato tzatziki
Course Four: Peacemaker Extra Pale Ale paired with Smoked Buffalo Quail Lollipops | blue cheese foam, candied walnuts, celery and carrot salad
Course Five: TBA paired with Bison Slider | pretzel bun, brie, smoked strawberry-bacon mostarda, ancho shoestring fries
Course Six: Bloodwork Orange IPA paired with Nightmare-cicle Sundae | hopped ice cream, blood orange syrup, malted waffle, peanuts
