Greenhouse Craft Food’s Texas Barrel-Aged Beer Dinner | January 21, 2018

Greenhouse Craft Food is hosting their first beer dinner of 2018 on Sunday, January 21, 2018 from 6:30 – 9:00 pm as they kick off the new year of Texas craft brews with a big bang! Their Texas Barrel-Aged Beer Dinner will feature five rare barrel-aged beers brewed by five of our favorite Texas brewers and paired with five expertly curated courses prepared by chefs Rob Snow and Todd Engel at Greenhouse Craft Food.

The featured breweries include Saint Arnold Brewing CompanyRed Horn Coffee House and Brewing Co.Independence Brewing Co.Bluebonnet Beer Company, and Community Beer Company.

Tickets: $101 ($78 plus tax + tip)

Course One: Community Wit ‘n Wild
(Witbier aged in California White Burgundy barrels with Brettanomyces, mango, papaya, pineapple)
Tempura Lobster | mango sweet chili sauce, Calabrian peppers, kale

Course Two: Independence Brain Bread
(Bière de Garde aged in red wine barrels)
Couscous Salad | Foie Gras croutons, red wine glaze, acorn squash, charred carrots, marinated queso fresco, apricots, red wine vinaigrette

Course Three: Saint Arnold BB17
(Adambier aged in bourbon barrels)
Venison | smoked jalapeno fig sauce, stilton, beer-soaked cherries, walnuts

Course Four: Bluebonnet Beer Co. Barleywine
(Aged in bourbon barrels)
Quail Saltimbocca | prosciutto, sage, whiskey beer demi, asiago potatoes, roasted radish

Course Five: Red Horn Suburban Ninja
(Imperial stout aged in rum barrels)
Rum Cake | dried fruit, spiced glazed, barrel-aged Round Rock Honey
