SUMMARY:9/11 Memorial
DESCRIPTION:On September 6th\, the Friday before 9/11\, The Texas Fallen Project\, Inc. will begin placing 4\,000 12″ x 14″ American Flags out at the new Flag Plaza at Yonders Point in Old Settlers Park to honor those who have gone on before us. There will be 2996 flags\, one for each of the American lives that were lost on 9/11. The remaining 1004 flags will represent Texans we have lost since 9/11. Yonders Point is located at 3101 Aten Loop.Starting Friday evening the 6th through the week of 9/11\, the entire community is invited to come out to view and reflect on all the lives this country has given in the name of Freedom.
