The Literacy Council of Williamson County is offering FREE English as a Second Language Beginning Classes from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Wednesdays, at the Round Rock Public Library. No registration is required.
The Literacy Council also offers ESL and GED information on a walk-in basis, Mondays through Saturdays, from 9 to 11 a.m.
