We have two exhibits\, one gracing walls\, panels\, and pedestals\, and another that you can take a seat and view on a large display screen. But wait\, there’s more! Take your selfies against the Cyanotype Selfie Wall (artwork by Amy Jasek) and peruse the analog camera display too. \n\n\nHours\n\n\n\n\n\nTuesday-Friday: 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.\nSaturday: 10 a.m.- 3 p.m.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShutterbuggin’\nThe art form of photography is more accessible than ever before what with the ubiquity of cell phone cameras. This exhibit includes an array of different types of photography (including travel\, fashion\, mixed media\, and beyond)\, made with all types of photographic equipment too. Yes\, even cell phone cameras! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShutterbug: one who takes photographs an avid shutterbug who takes their camera with them everywhere. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPixel Panorama\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur virtual exhibit is viewable during your visit to the City Arts Center. DESCRIPTION:The Round Rock Public Library and the Good Water Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalist Program present Eastern Bluebirds from 2 to 3 p.m.\, Saturday\, March 8\, Round Rock Public Library\, Meeting Room A+B. \nBetween the 1930s and 1970s\, the Eastern Bluebird started to disappear from the fields and trees of Texas. They faced fierce competition for nesting sites from other birds\, especially the invasive House Sparrow. Half a century later\, these beautiful birds have rebounded across the state–thanks to the work of people like you! Join Christie Gardner of the Good Water Master Naturalists to learn more about local efforts to preserve and protect the Eastern Bluebird. \nAbout the presenter \nChristie Gardner is a retired elementary school teacher with a passion for bats and bluebirds. She has been a Master Naturalist in the Good Water Chapter in Williamson County for over 10 years. She is also a member of the Williamson County Native Plant Society of Texas. Christie has also been a member of the Texas Bluebird Society for over 10 years. She has been monitoring Eastern Bluebird nest boxes at Berry Springs Park and Preserve in Georgetown for 10 years.
