Bring a yoga mat and/or a large towel or two\, plus some water in case you get thirsty. \nWe specialize in teaching yoga that is accessible\, comfortable\, and beneficial for people with all kinds of bodies. Chairs are available at the Plaza and can be used during the yoga practice for sitting on or for holding onto for better balance. \nRegular yoga practice can help you improve your strength and flexibility\, and reduce your aches and pains. Vaccinating your pets annually helps lessen the spread of infectious diseases throughout pet populations. \nDuring our Saturday morning vaccine clinics\, please do not arrive more than thirty minutes prior to the check-in time of 8:30 am.\nRemember all dogs MUST be on a leash and cats MUST be in separate carriers. \nRegister here \nPlease note: Texas Humane Heroes cannot accept feral or reactive animals at the vaccination clinic. If your pet must be sedated in order to receive vaccines\, we are unable to treat your pet. If you feel your dog is a bite risk\, please bring them already muzzled. We apologize for any inconvenience. \nIn addition to our quarterly Saturday vaccine clinic\, the clinic is open every week Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am – 5pm.
