It sustains us\, connects our body and mind\, and is a powerful tool for improving our health and well-being. Although we breathe unconsciously\, many of us do not breathe optimally\, which can lead to various physical and mental health issues. Poor oxygenation of the body can lead to fatigue\, muscle tension\, and weakened immunity. Shallow breathing can increase stress\, anxiety\, and difficulty concentrating. Irregular breathing patterns can exacerbate feelings of anger\, frustration\, or sadness. Athletes\, singers\, and public speakers may underperform due to inadequate breath control. She was a long-time member of the Artists League of Texas\, which became the Center for Contemporary Arts when she lived in Abilene and then Buffalo Gap. She now resides in Round Rock. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Round Rock City Council Chamber Gallery\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Round Rock City Council Chamber Gallery is a municipal art gallery in the heart of Downtown Round Rock\, and it is managed by the City of Round Rock Arts and Culture. DESCRIPTION:Accept the ultimate donut challenge and join us for the 7th Annual Round Rock Donut Dash 5K on Saturday\, May 10th\, 2025. Warm up for the race at 6:45am at the starting line to get ready for a whirlwind of fun. Race starts at PRETE PLAZA at 7:00AM (No LATE start past 7:05am). In this unique event you’ll refuel with a mid-point pit stop for a donut (or a dozen!) from your favorite local donut shop. Join us for the post race after party at the finish line located at the Water Tower Park in Downtown Round Rock! \nRegister for the Challenger Division and put yourself to the ultimate test! Run half a 5k\, eat a dozen donuts\, and finish the run\, all under one hour to complete the challenge!  We also will have a Casual Division for those who want to run the race and eat their donuts on their own time and a ZERO K Division for those who just want to eat donuts and cheer the racers on.

DESCRIPTION:Round Rock Animal Control will be hosting a FREE microchip event for residents on Saturday\, May 10\, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the front parking lot of the Round Rock Public Safety Training Center (2801 N Mays St). \nDetails: \n\nFree microchips for Round Rock residents (proof of residency required) while supplies last!\nResidents may bring up to 3 pets per household.\nFor additional pets\, please schedule a $5 microchip appointment with Animal Control.\nDogs must be leashed\, and cats must be in carriers.\nNon-residents can obtain microchips for a fee of $5.\n\nIn addition\, the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and Petco Love will be providing free vaccines while supplies last. Available vaccines include: \n\nHCP for cats\nDAPP for dogs\n\nThere will be a limited supply of rabies vaccines\, available for just $5 on a first-come\, first-served basis.
