9 Fun Things to Do in Round Rock in January

Winter is upon us friends (well, most days can be called “winter”) but that doesn’t mean we get to hid in our homes and hibernate.  We are in Texas.  There is still lots of fun to be had out there in our great city.

1. Community Health Fair at the Round Rock Library
January 12, 2013
10:00 am – 2:00 pm
The Literacy Council of Williamson County in partnership with the Round Rock Public Library presents a Health Fair featuring:
– Free health screenings
– Healthy snacks
– Blood Pressure checks
– Health Education information
– Drawings for prizes and more!

2. Wine Club Dinners at Wine Sensation
Tuesday, January 15, Wednesday, January 16 and Saturday, January 19, 2013

3. Check out Kaleidoscope Toys NEW Location!
Monday-Saturday (10 am – 7 pm)/Sunday (12 pm – 5 pm)
Our favorite toy store here in Round Rock just moved to a brand new location and are now open at 110 North IH-35 Ste. 375.  That’s at the southwest corner of 35 & 620 (think Sprouts), just down from Starbucks.  Go tell them hello and support a fantastic local business!

4. Geeks Who Drink Live Trivia at Westside Alehouse
Tuesdays at 8 pm
