Bubbles & Music Retirement Party for Rocksssanne

We’re having a Bubbles & Music celebration in honor of Rocksssanne’s retirement outside in the 2nd Floor Discovery Garden.

Let’s send our favorite snake into retirement with joy, laughter, and friendship. We’ll have activities and bubbles and a few guest visitors, including Rocksssanne herself.

Kids of all ages are welcome, alongside their caregivers. This come-and-go activity begins at 11 a.m. and replaces today’s regularly scheduled Family Storytime.

If the weather is wet, we’ll move the fun indoors.

We are so grateful for Rocksssanne’s 25 years of public service at RRPL as our pet and ambassador. She’ll retire to a life of cuddles with library staff members, and she’ll enjoy quiet , comfy days in a staff-only area of the building.
