Special Events at the Library This Week
Prepare to be amazed – and to spend the rest of the day dancing – as Round Rock Public Library welcomes Terrence Taps – The Tap Dance Man for two special performances. Join us on Monday, July 15, 2019 for one of two performances.

Meet the author and discuss his new book with other teens at the Round Rock Public Library on Thursday, July 16. Join in to meet Joe Shine and discuss his new book, Bobby Sky: Bobby Sky: Boy Band Or Die.

The Round Rock Public Library and Soul Strong Yoga welcome tweens, ages 8-12, to a free tween yoga class on Thursday, July 18, 2019. Join us for a fun, beginners friendly, class and learn poses, breathing exercises, focusing techniques, & more! Participants, please bring a yoga mat if you have one available. A limited supply of loaner yoga mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Come drum at the library! Explore rhythms and enjoy the act of making music together as the Round Rock Public Library welcomes Round Rock Drums for a special Saturday morning program.Families with kids of all ages are welcome to attend this fun, free, interactive and LOUD program. This program replaces our regular Family Storytime.

The Round Rock Public Library and Fun 2 Learn Code will host an Scratch computer programming class for tweens (age 8-12) on Saturdays, June 8, 2019 and July 20, 2019 in the Library’s first floor computer lab. *Advance registration is required.

The Round Rock Public Library welcomes the return of Mathnasium Game Days to the Gallery area this summer on July 21, 2019 to promote fun exploration, logical thinking, and math mastery for ages 5 and up.

This Week with the Round Rock Express

The Round Rock Express always has fun events happening along with a great baseball game. Take a look at the upcoming events happening this week at the Dell Diamond. Monday, July 15th is $1 Hot Dogs & Sodas; Tuesday, July 16th is $2 Taco Tuesday; Wednesday, July 17th is Winning Wednesday & Strike Out Hunger; Thursday, July 18th is First Responders Night & Thirsty Thursday.

Night Rider Family Bike Ride
The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department will host the 7th Annual Night Rider Family Bike Ride on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Rabb House which is adjacent to the Play for All Park.
