New Fleet Feet 5k and 10k Training Groups | May 2016
COUCH TO 5K: NO BOUNDARIES
No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 12 weeks! Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics. We will cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.

Options include:
5k Walking program, 5k beginner run/walk program, 5k advanced run/walk program, and a 5k run program.
Weekly training runs will be at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and 7:00am on Saturdays starting May 17th

BEYOND BOUNDARIES 10K TRAINING PROGRAM
The 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. There will be occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts.
Weekly training runs will be at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and 7:00am on Saturdays starting May 17th
