Join us for an evening of great beer and incredible food! Executive Chef Gary Beauregard has partnered with our brewers to create a special 4 course meal paired with specialty and rare Flix beers.

Enjoy the entire meal as well as pairing tour from Chef Gary from the comfort of our stadium seating auditorium with a custom clip show to keep you entertained.

MENU:

APPETIZER: Homemade empanada stuffed with slow-cooked pork shoulder braised in 10 Day Ale and aromatic vegetables;

BEER: SMALL BATCH ANCHO-INFUSED 10-DAY ALE

SALAD: Salt-cooked shrimp salad with tropical fruits and spring mix;

BEER: Selvatica (Barrel-fermented wild Golden Ale)

ENTRÉE:Farmhouse-style lemon chicken roasted with garlic, herbs, preserved lemons, Kalamata olives, and Saison de Walt; served with fingerling potatoes and braised kale;

DESSERT:Oaxacan flourless chocolate mocha cake with orange peel;
