Dual Language Japanese English Storytime by Austin Japan Community (2023)

Our monthly bilingual storytime is coming up!!! We will introduce “Japanese New Year’s celebration” and “Setsubun, a bean throwing festival” with a paper theater called “Kamishibai”, Japanese books and songs translated into English!
Make & Take crafts after the storytime include paper kite and an origami daruma ornament (Japanese wish plaque). Surprise for all the children at the end!

A professional photography Nappy Time Portraits https://babyart.fun/ will set up a Beautiful New Year’s photo booth for all the guests to enjoy with their own cameras/smartphones after the crafts! You cannot miss this opportunity!!
