Fleet Feet Sports Social Runs – March 9 – 12, 2015

Fleet Feet Sports is hosts several FREE social runs and classes (nominal fee) every week!  Take a look at what is on their schedule this week:

March 9: Social Run at 6:00pm meet at Dog Boys Run – Free

Angelo Marinakis DC, CPDT-KA, FROM DOG BOYS WILL BE HERE TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING TOPIC:

· Safety considerations – dog’s breed fitness level, temperament, level of training, running surface, air temperature.

· Equipment – canine harness, appropriate leash and belt options, poop bags, hydration source.

· Positioning of the dog – front or side and how to accomplish either position positively.

· Dealing with distractions safely and seamlessly – other dogs, pedestrians, cars, bikes, runners.

March 11: Yoga from 7:15 – 8:30 pm – $6.00

March 5: Social Run at 5:30 am meet at DAZZLE- 2611 GATTIS SCHOOL RD- Free
