Round Rock Express Announces 2017 Giveaways

The Round Rock Express has just announced the schedule of giveaways for the 2017 season. There are many fun items this year including caps, bobbleheads, Round Rock water towers, team photos, and more!

Water towers, backpacks, bobbleheads and more… Fans entering the gates at Dell Diamond in 2017 are in for a treat as the Round Rock Express announced their giveaway lineup on Monday in celebration of their 18th season.

Opening Weekend kicks off the giveaway schedule as the first 5,000 fans through the gates on Opening Day, Thursday, April 6, will receive a 2017 schedule magnet, courtesy of Budweiser. Fans will want to stick around after the game for the first postgame fireworks show of the season. On Saturday, April 8, the Nyle Maxwell Family of Dealerships will cap off the night with an Express cap giveaway to the first 3,000 fans.

After the success of last year’s replica Round Rock giveaway, the first 2,500 fans to enter the gates on Saturday, April 22 will receive a replica of the iconic Round Rock Water Tower, thanks to Dell.

On May 6, the first 2,500 fans will receive a Nolan Ryan bobblehead celebrating his fourth no hitter, courtesy of Whataburger. This year marks the 18th consecutive season that fans can score a unique Nolan Ryan bobblehead at Dell Diamond. Next up, fans can get their hands on the official 2017 team photo on May 20, presented by D&L Printing.

Dads will be in charge on June 18 for a special grilling apron giveaway for the first 1,000 dads in celebration of Father’s Day, presented by RockSports. Then, add to your collection on June 24 when the first 2,500 fans will get an Express baseball card set, courtesy of WGU Texas. H-E-B will help Dell Diamond go green on July 8 when they hand out reusable grocery bags to the first 2,500 fans.

Be a part of history when we induct Keith Ginter into the Express Hall of Fame on Saturday, July 29. The first 2,500 fans will go home with a replica Hall of Fame plaque all thanks to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. After receiving their plaques, fans will want to head to their seats early for a special enshrinement ceremony.

Thanks to the Sanders Family, Earl Campbell will join the likes of Willie Nelson and George Strait in the Texas Legends Bobblehead Series as he becomes the third giveaway in the series on August 5. The first 2,500 fans will enjoy a one-of-a-kind Express-themed Campbell bobblehead.

As the summer winds down, all kids 12 and under on August 6 will go back to school in style with an Express backpack giveaway, presented by A+ Federal Credit Union. Finally, if the idea of the offseason is too tough to face, take home a 2018 magnet schedule, brought to you by Budweiser, on September 1 to start planning for our 19th season.
