If you haven’t heard, the hottest CONNECTion in Round Rock right now is Nessie Bricks, a store for LEGO enthusiasts to buy, sell, and trade sets, bricks, and minifigs. Whether you’re looking for that rare collector set or cool bricks to create your own builds, this is your one-stop shop. In addition, they buy LEGO for cash or trade for store credit. You can bring in complete sets, single pieces, or full bins of bricks – everything is considered.
The store’s primary goal is to bring the joy of LEGO to Round Rock and to create a community for builders of all ages. Future plans include a party room (dream LEGO birthday party, anyone?) and community days where everyone can share their builds and skills.
The man behind Nessie Bricks is Mike Sanchez. He became passionate about LEGO as an early adult, which is when he started seriously collecting and building. His journey to turn his passion into his business started when he began selling pieces on eBay to buy other pieces. From there, he moved to sell at in-person Trade Days events and eventually set up shop in his garage for two years before leaping to the brick-and-mortar store in Round Rock. He is the ultimate LEGO-preneur!
