January 14, 2019 – Registration OPENS for cook teams with a BCMUD Resident.
January 14, 2019 – Registration OPENS for cook teams selling BBQ at the event.
January 28, 2019 – Registration OPENS for teams that competed in 2018.
February 11, 2019 – Registration OPENS to everyone.
