Clay Madsen Foundation’s 9th Annual Boots & BBQ Fundraiser

 Clay Madsen Foundation’s 9th Annual Boots & BBQ fundraiser is on Sat, November 19th, at the Old Settler’s Association Main Hall in Round Rock.  It will be from 6PM – 11PM and People’s Choice will be the featured band that night.  Tickets go on sale on their website, www.claymadsenfoundation.org, on October 1st.  It is a family-friendly event and tickets are $50 for adults and $20 for kids. 

The Clay Madsen Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance and support to local families who have a child facing cancer. The Clay Madsen Foundation was formed in honor of my friend, Round Rock resident Clay Madsen, who passed away from cancer in 1992 at the age of 19. Many nonprofit organizations support research; however, few provide the financial assistance local families need when medical bills have exhausted their resources.  Our fundraising event aims to raise money to support the mission of the organization.
