What is your mission statement for the work you do in Round Rock?
At Guajardo Injury Law, our mission is to stand up for people in Round Rock and throughout Central Texas who’ve been injured through no fault of their own. We believe every client deserves personal attention, honest guidance, and fierce advocacy — not just another case number.

What is your favorite part of the work your team does in Round Rock?
My favorite part of the work we do here in Round Rock is getting to make a real difference in people’s lives during what’s often one of their hardest moments. When someone’s been injured, they’re dealing with pain, stress, medical bills, and uncertainty about the future — and being able to step in, lift some of that burden, and fight for their recovery is incredibly rewarding.
I also love the relationships we build.
Round Rock is a close-knit community, and our clients aren’t just cases — they’re neighbors, friends, and families we see at the grocery store, at local events, or around town. Helping them get justice and watching them move forward with confidence is what keeps me passionate about this work every single day.
What is one challenge your business faces?
One of the biggest challenges we face is helping people understand their rights and the importance of acting quickly after an injury. A lot of folks in Round Rock try to tough it out or assume the insurance company will ‘do the right thing,’ but unfortunately, that’s rarely the case. Insurance companies have teams of adjusters and lawyers working to minimize payouts, and if you don’t have someone on your side early on, you can end up settling for far less than you deserve.
Another challenge is keeping that personal touch as we grow. Every client’s story matters to us, and we work hard to make sure everyone who comes through our doors feels heard, supported, and cared for — not like they’re just another file on a desk.
How does your business support the Round Rock community?
Supporting the Round Rock community is at the heart of what we do. Beyond helping clients through their injury cases, we’re committed to being an active, positive part of the place we call home. We support local events, youth sports, and safety initiatives — anything that helps make Round Rock a stronger and safer community.
We also volunteer our time and resources to organizations that provide support to families in need, especially those recovering from accidents or going through tough transitions.
For us, it’s about giving back to the same community that’s trusted us for years.
Whether it’s sponsoring a local fundraiser, hosting safety awareness campaigns, or simply showing up to support our neighbors, we believe being part of Round Rock means doing more than just business — it means serving with heart.

The best way Round Rock and the surrounding communities can support Guajardo Injury Law is by helping spread the word that we’re here to serve and fight for people who’ve been injured through no fault of their own.
