The Art of Linda Murray

January 23 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Event Series Event Series (See All)

This exhibit merging nature and technology will be installed January 7, 2025 into the Round Rock City Council Chambers Gallery, including a few pieces in City Hall lobby.

Artist’s Statement: I have been a representational artist most of my adult life, although my paintings usually exhibited a conceptual element, also. In the last few years, I have found myself pulled toward more abstraction, but the work continues to keep that seed of a conceptual element.

Artist’s Bio: Murray grew up in Rotan, Tx, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. She was a long-time member of the Artists League of Texas, which became the Center for Contemporary Arts when she lived in Abilene and then Buffalo Gap. She now resides in Round Rock.
