Rockin City Rollergirls presents Girls That Rock! | September 23, 2016
Rockin’ City Rollergirls presents Girls That Rock on Friday, September 23, 2016 starting at 7:30 pm at Hanovers 2.0 in Round Rock.
Come celebrate women that rock with RCRG! Three incredibly talented, female-lead Austin bands will grace us with their soulful tunes
Beat Root Revival are a folk, roots, howling blues, and classic pop duo, hailing from the UK. These two have been touring the U.S. and have recently returned to Austin. Lucky us!
The Reverent Few are originally from the Chicago area, but have called Austin home for nearly 3 years. The band is known for raw, dynamic live performances, strong harmonies, and DeChaussee’s soulful vocals. This stuff will give you chills.
Nomad City is a four piece indie rock n’ roll band hailing from various corners of the country. Their original tunes provide a throwback to the raw sounds of bands like Zeppelin, Grace Potter, and the Rolling Stones. Not to be missed!
Doors at 7:30.
Beat Root Revival – 8pm
The Reverent Few – 9pm
Nomad City – 10pm
A $5 donation to Rockin’ City Rollergirls is suggested at the door. Thank you for supporting your local roller derby league and the incredible live music scene that we are so lucky to have at our doorstep!
