Rockin’ Kids Club at the Library: Paleontology and Fossils (ages 5+) | September 18, 2017

Get to know some ancient history with the Good Water Master Naturalists at the Rockin’ Kids Club: Science featuring paleontology and fossils (ages 5+) on September 18 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm.

It’s science week at Round Rock Public Library! Elementary students, join us for some hands-on time to be curious and make discoveries.

This week, we’re taking a big look at paleontology, fossils, and yes, dinosaurs! We’ll have come-and-go stations set up for elementary-aged kids to explore at their own pace.

We’re grateful to our partners at Texas Memorial Museum and the Good Water Master Naturalists for making this program available.

Every Monday afternoon the library hosts a rotating schedule of activities for elementary students. Here’s the regular rotation:

  • 1st Monday: LEGO® free-build
  • 2nd Monday: Art Club
  • 3rd Monday: Science Club
  • 4th Monday: Game On!
  • 5th Monday: Librarian’s Choice
