Locally loved Austin spa marks two decades of care with 20 days of specials
AUSTIN, TEXAS (June 17, 2025) — Viva Day Spa + Med Spa, the local, women-founded wellness brand, is celebrating a major milestone: 20 years of helping Austinites look and feel their very best. To mark the moment and thank the Austin community, Viva will host 20 days of exclusive specials from June 23 – July 12, featuring their most popular spa and med spa services. Offers include specially priced 20th anniversary spa treatments, 20% off select aesthetic injectables and skin rejuvenation services, plus 20% off a curated selection of products.
Founded in 2005 by sisters Maya and Laurie Aroch and their best friend, Shannon Mouser, Viva Day Spa + Med Spa began as a single location on 35th Street with just eight employees. What started as a neighborhood day spa was built on the belief that a premier spa experience should combine the highest quality customized services with genuine hospitality in a relaxing, welcoming environment.
Since then, the trio has opened three additional locations—two in Austin and one in Round Rock—furthering their mission of bringing approachable wellness to more people across the greater metro area.

Viva Day Spa + Med Spa opened its second location on South Lamar in 2008. In 2016, Viva opened its flagship location at The Domain NORTHSIDE, uniting spa and med spa services under one roof. The brand expanded into medical aesthetics, introducing a curated menu of cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skin care services performed by licensed medical professionals. This evolution positioned Viva as Austin’s go-to for approachable luxury in both spa and medical esthetic treatments, blending rejuvenating spa services with natural-looking, results-driven aesthetic care. The brand’s first location outside of Travis County opened in 2023 in Round Rock. Today, Viva employs a team of over 200 and has a long-standing reputation for trusted care and exceptional results.
