Buck Egger Park
900 South Mays
This small neighborhood park is located on South Mays, just south of downtown Round Rock. I have driven by this park a gazillion times but never stopped to play – and they have a great playscape!
Both my boys (10 & 4) enjoyed playing on the playscape and swings. The playground has different playscapes – perfect for the different sizes. And because it is so centrally located, it makes a great place to have a picnic – or pick up a sweet treat in downtown Round Rock to enjoy here.
This park also have two practice fields in excellent conditions. One is astro-turf and the other is grass. There is also ample parking at this park.
