H-E-B and the Round Rock Express are hosting Cooking at the Diamond on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Intel Club at the Dell Diamond. The cost is $40 per person and tickets must be purchased in advance.

He has cooked on six different occasions for United States presidents, former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and countless celebrities…but on April 7 he could be cooking for you! Chef Ed will give insight on how to prepare some of his signature dishes in your own home. As he demonstrates his techniques, he will also explain how to select and pair ingredients, wine and beer.
