Purchase the container and plants of your choosing, and we will provide the soil and decorations! If we have at least 50 participants, one person will get their plants for FREE so bring a friend on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 1 PM – 2 PM at H-E-B’s Texas Backyard Garden Center at 1700 E. Palm Valley Blvd.
