Noon Years Eve at The Library
The Round Rock Public Library will host a New Year’s party from 11: 30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015.
Ages 3 and above are welcome to join the fun. They will have a craft, dance and have celebrations as they countdown to Noon.
