RRISD Introduces the Senior Gold Card
What is a Senior Gold Card?
The Round Rock ISD Senior Gold Card is available to residents of Round Rock ISD who are 60 and older and all retired Round Rock ISD employees. It is our way of saying “thank you” for your many years of contributions to our schools.
The Senior Gold Card offers the bearer a lifetime of free general admission to all Round Rock ISD events that are open to the public, including regular-season athletic contests and theatre, dance, and musical performances. See terms and conditions. You can sign up online or in person. Details here.

Whether it’s watching the Band perform their halftime shows under the Friday Night Lights, watching a musical theatre performance, or cheering on your favorite athlete and team, the Round Rock ISD Senior Gold Card provides a wealth of opportunities to save money while supporting our students. As a Gold Card member, you will also receive informative emails listing upcoming events delivered straight to your inbox.
Eligibility
The Senior Gold Card is free for persons 60 years of age or older who reside in Round Rock ISD or retirees of Round Rock ISD.
- Individuals must present proof of address within Round Rock ISD
- Addresses will be checked and verified with taxing authority
- Round Rock ISD retirees who are eligible for TRS benefits
- Venues may ask for photo identification when Senior Gold Card is presented
