Smokin’ Strings Acoustic Battle and BBQ Pop-up at the Round Rock Tavern | April 1, 2017
Brett’s BBQ will be on site serving BBQ to all of the patrons watching the first annual Smokin’ Strings Acoustic Battle. Artists will compete all day playing their acoustic guitars and singing original songs.
We will be doing our first Pop-Up of the year at the Round Rock Tavern. Come out and watch your favorite acoustic solo act and enjoy some craft BBQ.
Menu:
Plates- 1,2,3 and 4 Meat Plates available.
Meats by the Pound- Brisket, Beef Ribs, Turkey, Jalapeno-Cheese Sausage, Smoked Pork Sausage, Ribs and Bone-In Smoked Pork Chops W/ an Apple Chutney.
Sides- Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Bacon-Mac & Cheese, and Beans.
Sandwiches- Brisket and Turkey.
Deserts- TBA.

Entrants, will be narrowed down through the day tournament bracket style til we have our final 4. Judges will consist of your peers, radio personnel, music lovers, and a judge that will not be named.
You will be judged on song content, playability, listenability, and crowd reaction.
Grand prize will be awarded 500$ and the opportunity to support a national touring act when they play the tavern.
