Wine Sensation’s Valentine’s Day Dinner with Pairing | February 14, 2018
Spend Valentine’s Day in an intimate setting with food and wine at Wine Sensation on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at either 6:30 pm or 8:00 pm. They will be serving a special 3 course dinner with a wine pairing for each course. Below is the wonderful menu our talented Chef has created. Tickets are $45 per person. Advance tickets are required.
First Course
Thai Beef Cucumber Cup
Fresh Cucumber Cups with a well-seasoned Tai Steak stuffing topped with a house steak pan sauce. Wine pairing TBD
Second Course
Grilled Shrimp Risotto
Arborio rice cooked in a white wine broth to a creamy consistency, seasoned with saffron and topped with garlic butter shrimp. Wine pairing TBD
Third Course
Chocolate Topsy Cake
Rich chocolate cake topped with a sea salt caramel whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Wine pairing TBD
