ODDS BAR & BISTRO TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING IN ROUND ROCK
New Dining Concept Brings Elevated Bar Fare and Craft Cocktails to the Heart of Round Rock
Round Rock, Texas – Odds Bar & Bistro, an exciting new dining and bar concept, is thrilled to announce its grand opening on Saturday, January 11, located at 1401 South I-35 Frontage Road in the heart of Round Rock. This opening brings a fresh blend of elevated bar fare, creative craft cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere to the local dining scene, offering guests a one-of-a-kind experience.
The Round Rock Chamber celebrated early with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, December 11th. Community members, Chamber leadership and the Chamber Ambassadors showed up in force to see this new, innovative dining option. Odds Bar & Bistro will be a great addition to the business lunch/event options in Round Rock as well as a great go-to for a night out.
To celebrate its grand opening, Odds Bar & Bistro will offer a free appetizer with any entrée purchased throughout the opening weekend, a delicious way for guests to explore the new menu.
Designed and developed by John Green, an internationally renowned food and beverage designer, operator and Food Network TV host, Odds Bar & Bistro aims to provide Round Rock locals with an upscale, yet approachable, bar and dining experience. Guests will be treated to an inventive menu that puts a modern twist on classic bar favorites, featuring signature dishes like chicken wings prepared in a 24-hour garlic brine, served with a choice of Odd’s Crazy Hot Sauce, Chile Lime, or BBQ. Other menu highlights include braised short ribs, slow-cooked for six hours in a tomato and red wine sauce, served over pappardelle pasta with parmigiano reggiano and a delicious dessert selection including the Odds French Toast with Berries, made with thick-cut French toast, fresh berries, and whipped cream. The drink menu will feature cocktail creations that include “odd” renditions of classic and modern favorites such as the French 75, the Sidecar and the New York Sour, alongside a curated wine list and local brews.
