Round Rock Public Library celebrates Dr. Seuss’ Birthday | March 8, 2017

The Round Rock Public Library welcomes “Gertrude McFuzz” for a very special Dr. Seuss birthday program! Happy Face storyteller Lizzy Samples will lead us on a fun interactive version of Gertrude McFuzz, as found in Yertle the Turtle : And Other Stories during today’s Preschool Storytime and Toddlertime programs.on March 8, 2017 at 9:30 am or 10:30 am.

Round Rock Public Library celebrates Dr. Seuss’ Birthday

Join us for this belated birthday celebration of Dr. Seuss, one of the earliest and most beloved writers of literature for brand-new readers. Dr. Seuss’s contributions to quality children’s books are honored each year with the Geisel Award for best books for beginning readers–be sure to check out this year’s honorees and past years’ honorees at the Library.

This free, 30-40 minute event is best enjoyed by ages 18 months – 6 years.

Join us for sessions at 9:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. in Room A.
