There’s no better duo than Austin & springtime and there’s no better way to spend those beautiful spring days than outside at a charming farm! The Barton Hill Farms 2021 Spring Festival is fun for the entire family!
Pick flowers! Dance to live music (remember live music?)! Take dozens of Instagram-worthy family photos throughout the farm or down by the Colorado River.
New to the Farm
The farm has some new additions to make your visit even more special. They have new menu items like 100% pure Barton Hill Farms beef patties. There’s a new beer garden for those 21+ to enjoy local craft beers and ciders. They even have semi-private country cabanas that can fit up to 10 people for those looking to enjoy the farm but keep a safe distance from the crowds.
Activities at the Barton Hill Farms Spring Festival
Nothing sounds better than spending a spring day at their u-pick flower fields, creating your own personal bouquet of fresh flowers. The kids can enjoy daily shows, apple cannons, archery, visiting the farm animals and more. Take the family on a hay ride! More activities the little ones will enjoy include a mini train ride, a giant pillow bounce, super slides, face painting, and tree forts! The daily shows include old west gun twirling and trick roping, swimming pigs, circus dogs, chainsaw carving, and more!
Covid-Safe
The good people at the farm are taking every safety precaution to ensure that everyone has good, clean fun! Employees are screened before work, the farm is cleaned before, during, and after hours each day. Guests must wear masks when distancing is not possible or while indoors. They are also operating at a limited capacity and have switched to contactless/cashless payments.

The hours of the festival are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. The remaining dates for the Barton Hill Farms Spring Festival are: May 1 & 2 , May 8 & 9, May 15 & 16, May 22 & 23, May 29, 30 & 31 (open Memorial Day).
