Baby arugula, roasted cauliflower, candied pecans, golden raisins, parmesan cheese, and house-made lemon dressing. I could eat this salad every day! In addition, you could pair it with a pizza or one of their delicious pretzels!
Jack Allen’s Kitchen – Best Salads in Round Rock
Jack Allen’s impressive menu features eight mouth watering salads making it nearly impossible to pick one to feature here…so we picked two!
Buttermilk Fried Chicken – mixed greens, spicy walnuts, Granny Smith apples, bleu cheese crumbles, green goddess dressing.
AND
Country Club Fancy Chicken Salad – grilled achiote chicken, figs, pears, spicy walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles, champagne vinaigrette.

This salad is berry-licous! Fresh blueberries and dried cranberries add color and a burst of flavor. We added grilled chicken to ours. Certainly, this salad is large and great for splitting with a friend!
