Firefighter Story Time at the Library | May 11-15, 2015
The Round Rock Public Library welcomes firefighters to our Preschool Storytime, Bilingual Preschool Storytime, and Toddlertime programs this week! Meet our community helpers in a fun environment while exploring books, songs, and safety tips.
And if all goes well, we’ll have a fire crew and a real fire truck to explore Thursday morning.*
The schedule is:
Monday, May 11, 6:30 p.m. -best for ages 3 and up
Tuesday, May 12, 10:30 a.m. -best for ages 3 and up
Wednesday, May 13, 9:30 a.m. – best for ages 18 months – 3 years
Wednesday, May 13, 10:30 a.m. – two simultaneous sessions, one for ages 18 months – 3 year, and one for ages 3 – 6 years
Thursday, May 14, 9:30 a.m. – best for ages 3 – 6 years
Thursday, May 14, 10 – 11:45 Explore a firetruck and meet a crew of firefighters!* Come-and-go event for all ages in the parking lot by the outside book drop (off Liberty Street).
Thursday, May 14, 10:30 a.m. – one session for ages 2 – 6 years
Friday, May 15, 10:30 a.m. – best for ages 18 months – 6 years
*The firetruck and crew are on duty Thursday, so please be sure the children understand that if any neighbors need help, the firefighters will go help them rather than come see us.
