Fleet Feet Sports is hosting a FREE Trigger Point clinic on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 7:15-8:15 pm. This clinic is designed around the “Ultimate 6” Guidebook For Runners. The class will address the the “Ultimate 6” areas of the body:
soleus, quadriceps, IT band, psoas, piriformis and pectorals.
Functional mobility and strength are very important to healthy active lives, which is why we believe any active person can benefit from this class.
Learn ways to massage your muscles to help promote recovery and prevent injury. If you have your own Trigger Point products, please bring them. If you don’t have your own kit, no worries, we have you covered.
