On Friday June 24, 2016 join Round Rock’s IKEA at a Midsummer Smörgåsbord!
A smörgåsbord is a traditional Swedish meal that is served buffet style with a range of hot and cold dishes that typically include bread, butter, cheese, fish, and other delicious options.
The menu will consist of the following items in a buffet style setup:
· Assorted varieties of herring
· Hard boiled eggs with shrimp
· Gravad lax with mustard sauce
· Smoked Salmon w/horseradish sauce
· Poached salmon
· Tossed green salad
· Cucumber salad
· Midsummer fruit salad
· Assorted Swedish cheeses
· Mashed Potatoes
· Meatballs with lingonberries
· Prinskorv sausage
· Crispbread, thin bread
· Assorted desserts
· Coffee , tea, and fountain beverages
Seating times for the meal will be
3:30pm-5:30pm
