Round Rock Express Hosts “Very Important Kid” Contest
Prize Pack Includes Limo Ride to Dell Diamond, First Pitch, VIP Seats
Do you want the ultimate VIP experience at a Round Rock Express game? With the Very Important Kid contest, one young, lucky fan is going to get just that as Kids Run the Show on Sunday, April 17!
The Very Important Kid prize pack includes a limo ride to and from Dell Diamond, courtesy of R&R Limo, four President’s seats tickets to the game, the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch, dinner for four at Greenhouse Craft Food in the Intel Club and $50 to spend in the Railyard Team Store on new Express gear! The Very Important Kid will serve as the unofficial spokesperson for Kids Run the Show as the Express take on the Iowa Cubs at 1:05 p.m.
Parents can enter their children (12 and under) in the contest online at the Express’ official website. Spike’s Junior Sluggers Kids Club members will receive an additional 5 entries just for being a member!
Not yet a member of the Junior Sluggers Kids Club? For just $15, kids can join Spike’s official fan club for kids! Members will receive tickets to 16 games, a Junior Sluggers t-shirt and tote bag, and VIP access to the front of the line to run the bases after each Sunday home game. Other perks include a 10% discount on birthday parties, Express Baseball Camps, and in the Railyard Team Store, a Fun Zone punch card, and a $10 A+ Federal Credit Union savings account voucher. This season, Junior Sluggers Kids Club members also will enjoy four postgame fireworks shows on Sunday games: June 5, July 3, August 7 and September 4.
