Spring Fest at Kalahari will be in Amatuli, a lively outdoor venue with an authentic African atmosphere, that is just steps away from the resort. It’s two full days of fun, with FREE live music, kids activities including face painting, bouncy houses, a balloon artists, yard games, and more! An of course we will have cocktails, food, and plenty of shopping! Sunday morning we will also have our weekly Farmer’s market from 11-3.

Classical Sound “Seasonal Serenade” Concert

San Gabriel Presbyterian Church 5404 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78633
The program entitled: “Seasonal Serenade” will feature principal players of the Austin Symphony Orchestra : The Artisan Trio (Patrice Calixte-violin, Bruce Williams-viola, Douglas Harvey-cello) with pianist Toby Blumenthal, in a Program including the delightful Duo for violin and viola K423 by W. A. MOZART; “Spring” and “Summer”, two Tangos by Argentinian composer, ASTOR PIAZZOLLA for piano, violin, and cello; and the romantic masterpiece by ROBERT SCHUMANN, the Piano Quartet in E flat Major for piano, violin, viola, and cello.
A forty-dollar ($40) donation is suggested, half of which will be donated to the People of UKRAINE through San Gabriel Presbyterian Church.

Family Eldercare will be hosting our annual Summer Fan Drive Fans from Fans event July 15th from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Summer Fan Drive is a fundraiser and charitable drive with the purpose of providing fans to community members in Austin and the surrounding cities. Through the Fan Drive, those without AC can keep their homes cool during the hottest months of the year. Donations are accepted in the form of fans and monetary gifts.
The Fan Drive will be held at KXAN Studios in Austin off MLK, and at all Whittlesey Landscape Supplies locations.
