Sundays are Kids Days at Round Rock Express Home Games
Sundays are Kids Days at Round Rock Express Home Games! My boys and I attended a Round Rock Express home game last Sunday. Each Sunday home game is their “Kids Day” promotion. Children can enjoy free train rides outside the ballpark before the game starts. They can also run the bases post game.

The train
First, we rode the train. You can find it right outside the field before the game starts. It goes much faster than we expected, which thrilled our adventurous three year old to no end. He giggled the entire ride.
Kid-friendly experience
The ballpark is extremely kid-friendly with a couple of playscapes, a bounce house, a rock climbing wall, a pool, and more. We saw kids lined up to meet the players and get autographs, making the whole experience feel extra exciting. I love that the players take time out for the kids and fans.
We happened to go on a very rainy night and weren’t even sure if the game would be canceled, but they said it hardly ever gets canceled for rain. The game was delayed an hour, but that just meant more time to enjoy all the kid-friendly activities like riding the train and playing on the playgrounds.
The pool
It would be really cool to rent out the pool area with a bunch of friends for a super fun and unique way to party! Groups up to 25 people can rent out the pool any day of the week for $200-300 per hour. More information can be found here.
