RRISD Board of Trustees Candidate Forum on 10/8

The Round Rock Independent School District Board of Trustees is one of the most vital entities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality education throughout our community. The election of trustees to fulfill three positions will occur during this election cycle.

The RRISD Council of PTAs and Round Rock Chamber will host a forum event moderated by Amy Leonard Bryant, general manager of the Round Rock Edition and Pflugerville-Hutto Edition of Community Impact, for candidates seeking the three positions on the Board of Trustees. This evening, members of our community will have an opportunity to meet all invited candidates for the Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees.

DETAILS FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES CANDIDATE FORUM ARE: 

  • Date: Tuesday, October 8, 2024
  • Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Location: Kinningham House, 1000 Southcreek Drive, Round Rock, TX 78664

Doors will open roughly 20 minutes before the event. There is a small parking lot in front of the facility, and street parking is available on Southcreek Drive and in the surrounding neighborhood. Please plan accordingly, as the forum will start promptly at 7.

VOTING INFORMATION:  

  • Voter Registration Deadline: October 7
  • Early Voting Period: October 21 – November 1
  • Election Day: November 5

    Will the forum be recorded and available online to vote later? Out can it be recorded off a TV channel?

    Early voting starts tomorrow and I have not been able to find a video. Was the event recorded? Has a video been posted anywhere?
