Gary, from Premier Martial Arts will be hosting this special event.
During this class, Gary will have an introduction to practical self protection/defense techniques and also an introduction to weapons such as pepper spray. Gary will also be teaching the basics of self defense such as awareness/surroundings (especially for runners) and communicating intent.
