Jack Allen’s Kitchen & Salt Traders Coastal Cooking Opens Back Up
The community of Round Rock was thrilled to hear that two very popular local restaurants are preparing to open back up. Both Jack Allen’s Kitchen and Salt Traders Coastal Cooking made announcements this week with their intentions to open back.
Shortly after the stay-at-home orders were announced, both Jack Allen’s Kitchen and Salt Traders Coastal Cooking closed their kitchens to the public and remained closed for several weeks.
After Governor Abbott’s announcement to lift the Stay-at-Home mandate and start Phase One of re-opening businesses, restaurants in the Round Rock area begin to announce their plans. Some opted to stay with carry-out and delivery plans, while others decided to open their dining rooms at the 25% capacity plan.

Yesterday evening, Jack Allen’s Kitchen announced plans for a Mother’s Day Carryout Meal.
And this afternoon, they announced their kitchen would be ready for carryout service tonight.
Soon after, Salt Traders Coastal Cooking announced they would be open for carryout on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.
