Texas Stars STEM Show visits Rockin’ Kids Club: Science (ages 5+)
It’s science week at Round Rock Public Library, and school is out, and the library is celebrating with a special visit from Ringo, the Texas Stars Hockey mascot on Monday, November 19, 2018 for the Texas Stars STEM Show! Elementary students, bring your families for this fun, free show featuring chemistry, science, and math demonstration. Then, see how this knowledge can be applied to create new technology such as 3D printing.

Urban Emergency Preparedness at REI
REI is hosting a free class called Prepare for the Unexpected: Urban Emergency Preparedness on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Do you know what to do in the event of an accident or disaster? Knowledge is power and preparation is key. Learn lots of valuable planning and survival techniques to better prepare you for the unexpected that may one day help save your life or the lives of those you love.

Annual Round Rock Turkey Trot
Fleet Feet Sports and the City of Round Rock are excited to be hosting the 2nd Annual Round Rock Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Challenge your family, friends, and co-workers to come out and run on the roads and trails through the scenic and historic Old Settlers Park. The race will feature an untimed 5 mile and 2 mile run/walk (both starting at 8 AM). There will be sponsor booths, refreshments, prizes, and giveaways.
