Summer Adopt-a-Shelf Orientation (ages 8-12) | June 6, 2019
Build a better community this summer! The Round Rock Public Library invites summer readers, ages 8-12, to volunteer at the library. Interested participants may join us for one of two information and orientation sessions about our Summer Reading Adopt-a-Shelf program. Participating volunteers will have an opportunity to earn book bucks for our end-of-summer Book Bucks Store. Those who compl
ete the program will be invited to our special end-of-summer volunteer-only Austin Reptile Show event!
There will be two identical mandatory orientation dates. Please choose one date to attend:
- Thursday, June 6, 2019; 3:00 – 3:45 pm; Meeting Room B
- Thursday, June 6, 2018; 6:00 – 6:45 pm; Meeting Room B
Please Note:
Space is limited to the first 50 participants. Space is available on a first come / first serve basis and online preregistration is required. Registration starts Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 9 am. Participants are not able to earn community service hours for this program.
