DACA Educational Forum | July 11, 2015

The Round Rock Public Library will host a free DACA Educational Forum from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday, July 11.

DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents) are President Obama’s immigration programs that would enable some undocumented people who came to the United States when they were young, or people who have US citizen or permanent resident children, to apply for deferred action and a work permit.

Attend this free event. Learn about who is eligible, what documents are necessary, the resources that are available in the community, and how to avoid scams, and have your questions answered by an immigration lawyer.
