Round Rock Community Holiday Concert | December 16, 2016

The 2016 Round Rock Community Holiday Concert is being held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 7:30 pm First United Methodist Church. Admission is free. Donations of non-perishable items will be collected to benefit the Round Rock Serving Center.

The Concert will feature the Round Rock Symphony Orchestra and the Round Rock Community Choir along with a forty plus Youth Choir.  All your favorites from Jingle Bells to O Holy Night will be featured! Plus, Santa Claus will make a special visit sometime during the concert and hand out candy canes.

Round Rock Community Holiday Concert

The City of Round Rock invites you to celebrate the joy of the season at the Round Rock Community Holiday Concert. Led by the Round Rock Community Choir and the Round Rock Symphony, the evening’s program will feature stirring performances ranging from Tchaikovsky to Irving Berlin, Handel to Vince Guaraldi, and Leroy Anderson to Ralph Vaughn Williams.

 The concert is a gift to the Round Rock Community and also highlighting the talents of our arts groups.  Maestro Stefan Sanders with the Round Rock Symphony will be the conductor along with Michael Rosensteel as the Choir’s Artistic Director.

This free concert will include Christmas carol sing-alongs, a performance by the Round Rock Community Youth Choir, and a surprise visitor — all set in the festive yuletide splendor of First United Methodist Church.
